Capital Clean Mobile Detailing

By booking or receiving services from Capital Clean, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide mobile auto detailing services, including cleaning, washing, waxing, and related vehicle care, performed at the location specified by the Customer at booking.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Customers must provide accurate vehicle and location details when booking.

• We strongly encourage canceling appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice to allow us to accommodate other clients. No fees will be charged for late cancellations, but timely notice is appreciated.

3. Hazardous Fees

• A hazardous fee starting at $50 may apply to vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, mold, biohazards, or unsafe conditions.

• The final fee depends on the severity of the issue and the additional time, labor, and materials required.

• Hazardous fees are non-refundable once service has begun.

4. Refund Policy

• All services, deposits, and hazardous fees are non-refundable once service has started.

• If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We may, at our discretion, offer a correction or re-service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the vehicle and surrounding area.

• Remove valuables before service; we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

• Disclose any special vehicle conditions (e.g., leaks, aftermarket parts, electrical issues).

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose parts, or defects in the vehicle.

• While we use professional products and methods, we are not liable for damages resulting from conditions beyond our control.

7. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept (Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, etc.)

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Policies are governed by the laws of the State of California.
